It's a real upheaval for you, you have to think about organizing yourself, breastfeeding, bottles, diapers, naps... So the first few days can be tedious and time becomes so precious that we will barely have said Phew!!! before he will have already blown out his first candle.

Then we become nostalgic for those first moments, we think of his little arms, his little fingers, his little feet....

WHEN SHOULD YOU BOOK YOUR SESSION?

Ideally, the newborn photo session should be scheduled between the 7th and 15th day of life .
During this period, your baby is still sleeping deeply, maintains a natural fetal position and is easy to position, which allows for harmonious and serene images.

It is of course possible to do the session later, using different poses, because your child will then be more awake, toned and sensitive to colic, which may make the session a little longer.

The best thing to do is to get in touch now so we can discuss it together and schedule an appointment based on your due date.

PRECAUTION BEFORE SESSION ...

Each newborn photo session lasts on average between 2.5 and 3 hours , sometimes a little longer depending on the rhythm and mood of your baby.
If the schedule allows, it is recommended to feed the baby (breastfeeding or bottle-feeding) just before the start of the shoot so that he/she is full and relaxed.

Your baby's well-being is my top priority: the session will take place gently, in a calm and nurturing atmosphere. We will take the time necessary to respect their needs and allow them to pause.

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a preparation sheet and practical advice to help you prepare before our meeting.

CONTAINERS & ACCESSORIES

During the newborn session, we will take the time to create sweet memories in a soothing atmosphere.
Depending on your preferences (lifestyle or artistic studio style) , I will provide various accessories: small containers, headbands, hats, outfits, and cute cuddly toys.
Also consider bringing along a favorite toy or something special. It can be included in the photos to add an even more personal touch to your pictures.
